White gold onyx oval tier ring worth?

Told it is 18k white gold. It is a onyx surrounded by crystals not diamonds. This was my grandmothers ring so it means alot to me regardless of value but just would like to know even though I will never part with it. It has writing on inside but cant make out what it says even with a magnifing glass.

im no expert in this but i would say cause its only 18k and crystals with common black onyx,the real value is in its age and quality.Brand new a ring like that would be about $150 – $300 (AUS).
